This versatile space has been used for professional rehabilitation purposes in athletes such as Leigh Leopards and Manchester United Women’s Academy & Under 21s.
However, this same space has been used to help build up mobility for those who find sport more challenging. With a perfect blend of both cardio and resistance machines, this is a great space to introduce fitness challenges for any ability level and to build up strength in a calm and controlled environment.
This space can hold up to 16 guests and includes a fitness instructor within the hire price. Prices start from £52.00 Per hour.
